Question on the rebuilt GP38-2

I was hoping someone could tell me if they have the exhaust stacks and vent on the DB Area still ? I can't find any good roof shots of them! I figured if they had been rebuilt maybe they were removed

The 5800 series GP38-3 rebuilds have the turbo exhaust hatch removed with a paper air filter box added in its place, with two non-turbo stacks added and no vent:

you can see a Connecting rod and piston on the 5618 in the engine compartment.
