Headed out again today, this time a little further than yesterday. I decided to take a trip up the hill today, and with it being kind of late when I headed out my choices were limited. The first stop was Portage, PA at MP 259 on the Pittsburgh Line. There I caught westbound pig 23M with a pair of Gevo's in the lead.

This was followed by a four pack of SD40-2 helpers headed west to Johnstown for their next shove.

After that the sun was pretty much gone, but I decided to give the straight away at Jamestown a stab, MP 257. There was a coal train coming off the South Fork Secondary so I set up for it. The 650 was crawling and it took a little longer than I expected for it to get to me. In the mean time Amtrak 07T flew by on its way west. Here is 650 crawling up the hill with a catfish leading a SD60.
