Once again, no NS content here, so to the lounge it goes...I dont think I have aimed the camera towards anything black in the last two months...thats gotta be a record for me. Work has kept me on the road and not to places where the NS is, and when I DO have a weekend free, no one wants to go out shooting...oh well...

A few shots from Indiana this past Saturday. Was up that way and had a few free hours that afternoon. The old B&O was busy, but it was hard to tell this was the CSX. The Three trains I saw all had UP power, which was a stark contrast to the CPL's that I had been wanting to shoot. I would have preferred a CSX leader, but at least this was a clean (for UP) motor.

After a trip North from Louisville up the Monon, CSX Q686 (I think that was the train number) has pulled North of the diamond at Mitchel Indiana and is now shoving back around the connection to the B&O.  Just for the record, this train DID operate over the NS in louisville...uh, yea...

After getting shoved around the connection, the train is seen here Westbound at West Mitchel.

Easing into Lagootee Indiana to meet a Eastbound.

A CPL Dwarf protects the East end of the siding at Lagootee Indiana

After a crew swap, the train continues West out of Washington Indiana.

Thanksgiving is looking good this year, the turkeys are coming along Nicely :) Seen near Montgomery Indiana.

Seems like alot of power for a train in the flatlands of Indiana.
