Yesterdays NS train 123 had a KCS "Southern Belle" GE leading.  I think this is the first time I had ever seen one of these, and hope its not the last!  I was wondering why the boys got excited when they found out this was coming, as I only remembered KCS having that primer gray paint, but this was much much better!

123 again, playing with the shadows at Kings Mountain KY. I despise this time of year, with the cold and the fact the sun is never good for very long in the bigger cuts. It was only around 1:30 pm when I shot this, and the shadows had already taken over.

Tyler, Bryan Pleasant and EB at Kings Mountain after getting the shot. My hubby seems to have that same scowl every time I point a camera at him.

Carmon, He is like me. We like to be behind the camera, not in front of it.

Nice pics, Carmon.

#4776 came by our house late Friday evening (early Saturday morning?) in the dark, so I didn't get a photo of it.

And, another thought, has anyone ever told Bryan Pleasant that he looks a bit like NS photographer Casey Thomason?

Some of the first GE's KCS got ran on NS trains when they were delivered. I caught a set some time back I believe on 144. They are sharp looking engines, especially new.

More shots of guys looking at the back of their camera. What's that all about? :)

Nice shots, Carm!
