Thanks to some killer heads up from the Bell family my oldest daughter and I were able to catch the "Cannonball" as it entered lawrenceburg (our fair city). Didn't do any chasing as it were just the one shot but we had fun.
"The engineer in the old high cab his gold watch in his hand, looking at the waterglass and letting down the sand, rolling out on the old main line taking up the slack, gone today so they say but tomorrow he'll be back...."
