GP38-3 question

I'm currently (finally getting too) doing 5835 and I know that the middle fan was removed was there a round plate or a entirely new section there I can't find any roof shots

There is a very thin square sheet metal plate that fills almost the entire area between the two remaining fans.  You can see it in this photo if you look very carefully:

Thanks Chris I can handle that lol I have a thin sheet of brass that looks like paper cost as much as a new car (model railcar)

Why are you using brass? I would think a piece of styrene would work. (easier to cut, sand, etc...)

This is true and thats what I did Almost used putty and thought noooo thanks so it's all finished and needs decals witch hopefully will be here tomorrow

I used the little sheet extra from microscales HH set 87-1225 the OLS set is from Shellscale
