Derailment of the Lake Div?

The NS North end dispatcher for the CNO&TP is starting to lay down North bound trains on the Fisrt District north of Danville KY and calling cabs for the crews. He said something to the effect that there is a major derailment on the Lake Div North of Cinncy and nothing is gonna be able to move North for a long while..  Anyone know whats going on up that way?
