Trains 139/140 back on the West End

Over the last few days, I've heard Knox. to Macon 139 and counterpart 140 back on the Knoxville District West End line. At Cleveland, Tn the trains use the "I" line to and from the Ga. Div. For the past several months, the trains have been operated via Asheville, Nc to avoid Atlanta.
