Old Passenger Cars, Destination on NS?

I recently posted a shot on Railpics of a Union RR train and a cut of four old passenger cars at Munhall, PA.  A couple of people have emailed me, asking if I knew where the cars are going.  I don't, but I'm assuming they were awaiting pick-up by NS in Munhall.  Does anyone have an idea where these old cars might be going?  Here's a link to the photo:  http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=180811
