NS & CSX Intermodal close to South Bend?

There was an article in yesterday's South Bend Tribune that I knew was worth sharing;

There was also a report on WSBT news 22 about a month ago of CSX looking at a piece of farm property near LaPorte. Until this paper article I thought it was just talk.
I will do my best to keep info posted if and when I hear more.
