These trains continue to move trailers to the N.O. area

Always with good power (ie..old EMD's)... Just one motor on that one?

You never can go wrong with EMD power, especially the GP50's and GP60's.  Of course, speed and reliability might also be factors in why said units are being selected for these trains.  :wink:

it has two locos when it left cincy , one was robbed from the train somewhere along the line.

Yes.  I was talking a friend the other night and he told me that NS was changing the numbers on these to R41 and R42.  He wasn't really sure why, but if someone has any info on this, please feel free to share.

Sp far, I have heard teh Southbounds runs as 041 and 043, but the only Northbound number seems to be 042.

I just heard North End talking about what sounded like an 044 out there somewhere.  I'm assuming it's the empy counterpart of Sunday's 043.
