NS changes in traffic patterns -- North Region

Several places have reported that due to Belevue expansion and chicago improvements,  NS will have "increased traffic on the Ft Wayne line".

Where is this traffic coming from .  I note that they did NOT say the cleveland line hence it is not coming from the cleveland line.

The Ft Wayne line is composed of the following segments

a) Pittsburgh (conway) to Alliance (where it joins the cleveland line)
b) Alliance to Bucyrus (dispatched by NS but leased to CF&E) and NS uses it for occasional coal train service with connections at Bucyrus south to columbus and North to belevue and Sandusky
c) Bucyrus to Ft Wayne  where they have trackage rights but operated by CF&E  --- much of the former Pennsy high speed mainline is SLOW with short passing sidings
d) Ft Wayne to Chicago

Where is this "increase in Ft Wayne line" traffic coming from All the way from chicago and bypassing Elkhart and Belevue,  or just reroutes from Belevue to pgh and east.

Noted that in the NS Q3 financial review, that NS is ADDING  8 more receiving tracks to Conway.  For waht?  to allow t--- to allow these increased Ft Wayne trains to be classified?

Oil Traffic!!! Delaware City Refinery gets two loaded trains per day. The refinery owners want to land two more per day there and barge it across the Delaware River to a refinery they own on the NJ side. Also, Eddystone, PA is getting trains from CSX and NS for their storage tanks, plus the Delta Refinery just south in Trainer, PA will be getting oil from a pipeline from the Eddystone Facility. Also, in the western PA/NY region is going all out in Fracking. Need lots of pipe and sand. The NE region is getting jammed up. Also, because Del City Refinery has a coker unit(this means they can process heavy sour crude)... cuts of tank cars with Canadian Crude get shipped in manifest trains to Conway, PA... when there is enough for a unit train... it gets shipped to Del City Refinery.
