ATCS help - NS Central Division

I'm trying to download some of the Central Division ATCS maps and I can't get any of them to work.  I am downloading them from the ATCSMon Yahoo group, but it doesn't look like all of the files that I need are in the folders.  I have put the MCP and LAY files in their proper folders and imported the actual MCPs.   But when I start the ATCS program and go to "load profile", none of the Central Div. files show up.     With all other ATCS maps that I've downloaded, there has been a file called "configuration settings" and is labeled with the maps name.     I do not see this Configuration Settings file in any of the Central Div folders on the group.
