More new Dispatchers on the North End

I have hearing yet more new folks on the CS North End desk the past few days.  Are there some new dispatchers training, or just some transfers? One fellow sounds like he has been on the job awhile..reminds me of a old head CR dispatcher they way he talks about certing things!
