Derailment in NJ

A bridge has collapsed in Paulsboro, NJ... sending a hazmat tank car into a creek. Only had vinyl chloride in it (gas form). Cause is yet to be determined. No injuries to the crew... but couple of nearby homeowners went to the hospital with breathing difficulties. Dan
