Does anyone have the scoop on this?

Eastbound I am seeing trains from the BNSF (originating on Los Angeles) heading for the CSX and BNSF's facility in Atlanta GA.  Westbound, I am seeing JB Hunt's come from the NS heading back to the BNSF. Anyone have any scoop on these trains?
