Somerset 'Multi Modal Park' Update?

Does anyone know the current status of the new 'multi-modal' park that's under construction in Somerset.  There's a pretty good web site with lots of details of the site plan, etc, and construction was underway when I was down there back in the spring, but I wasn't sure how it had proceeded.  Here's the link to that site:  http://www.southernkentucky.com/frmain9.html

Wonder what sort of materials will ultimately get handled there once it's completed?  

For those of you who don't recognize the location, this is about 150 yards south of the Woods signal on single track, right behind the old Crane toilet plant/Ikerd & Bandy Coal operation.  They were moving MUCH dirt the last time I was there!
