Emmet,

I looked at the Jreb site and saw one picture you had from the Ravenna fuel racks when they were in operation.  Do you have any other photos of the yard and shops?
I'd like to see any photos anyone has of the Ravenna yard.  I was over there a week or two ago and it's downright depressing to see what it is now compared to what it was even 10 years ago.

I have many more, but not sure how many I have scanned and on line at the present time.

An acquaintance of mine had a friend the worked at the Ravenna Diesel shop, and through those channels we where allowed to spend the last overnight shift that was ever worked by the locomotive mechanics there  It was rather slow, but we watched, and helped, as a pair of coal trains came in and had thier power serviced, and then a couple of mine runs followed that. We had the run on the place, and I shot a ton of prints and slides.  At the end of the shift, the sun came up, the trains went out, and that was it. They locked the doors and end of story..

Looking back, I wish now that I would have had the brains to have photographed the HUMAN side of that story, instead of taking pretty night pictures of engines that I could have got anywhere. Hindsight aint worth a dam..

I will have to see what I can dig up, but it may take some time..  Here is what I can find that I have online at present.
