A day with the fishes on the CNO&TP

EM picked me up just around 11am Saturday and we made a bee line South for the day. Just as we started heading South, I got word of NS 117 with a fresh painted SD60 in the lead. We were ahead of it all the way to Gradison and had to catch up to it at Burnside. With no plan to go south of there we let it go. The rest of the day we spent shooting around the construction site between CP Woods and CP Grove, we also spent the rest of the day shooting nothing but Catfish... Guess our luck ran out when we let 117 go

Our luck might have ran out, but then again, I guess it was time to pay the piper for all the good luck we both have had with them pretty paint jobs and other neat stuff this year so far.   

Besides, 117 wasn't the only good train...I saw that gleam in your eye when Aaron told us about that CSX power headed our way

All nice photos EM! I know your dislike for GE's and Catfish... but, I cannot help but wonder... In 20-30 years... are there going to be railfans out there that get all excited because train so and so has an old D9 on it? Hmm... DE Dan.

Dan, those are Gage's pics, not mine. I have not got drunk enough yet to even download mine from the card  

But, you are correct..He does a good job with a camera...I think its great to have some younger talent around this area!
