Ok, so I was bored and trying to find a new angle at Bishop-just couldn't get a SB.

Try the northwest corner of the Fayette Mall parking lot....you can catch southbounds coming across the bridge. Or, if you want the actual Bishop interlocking, try behind the strip mall right across the tracks from where you took this shot.

I know the spots, but they don't work late in the day with the sun on the other side of the tracks.  So I went for the squirrel view.
