Was able to catch the Erie unit this morning with the honors of pushing westbounds up Duncan Hill near New Albany Indiana. First couple of images are of him along with the 1077 on the New Albany floodwall heading back to Louisville after pushing a train up the hill. Next two are of him pushing 239. First one at Willian Ln. near New Albany then on Duncan Hill itself.

Some people only think of Indiana has flat cornfields. I've been in that area and it can get hilly!

Nice shots. The Erie unit seems to get around, doesn't she?
Got questions? I can help you with the Erie Lackawanna (including predecessors), Lehigh Valley, Delaware & Hudson and the shortlines of upstate NY.
