Texas Star F7A (Sou # 407) going to NS

While I ventured over to NRE today in Mount Vernon, Illinois I came across the Texas Star F unit # 407 sitting at NRE locomotive shops in Mt. Vernon, IL awaiting shipment on 12/31/2012, bought by the Norfolk Southern Railway as a re-build for more new F units in the famous "OCS" scheme which will take place at Altoona, PA.
