I have a set I purchased from ShellScale Decals, 516 Houston Mines Road, Troutille, VA 24175.
I just googled ShellScale and I did not get a hit.  I don't remember how I found out about ShellScale.

You can also google Microscale. I get alot of decals from them. They also have the decals to patch a conrail. The shell Scale are pretty good also. I got some Top Gon decals from them before BLMA came out with the actual Top Gon Hopper.  :D

The ShellScale decals are by far the most accurate decals available for NS, NW, as well as for the many numberboard applications they have.
