It's been a while since I've actively shared any pictures, so here goes.
The first couple rounds are from 2008.
#1 - NS 304 eastbound having passed the Worthington diamonds in late April. This is a personal favorite spot of mine. Wish I had better light for an SD60.
The last three are part of a mini-road trip taken to Marion on 4/27/08.
#2 - Eastbound 13V crosses Bellefontaine Ave in Marion, Ohio.
#3 - 12V heads the other direction right afterward. I may have posted this shot here before, but I redited it. Nucor Steel is in the background.
#4 - I caught this unknown westbound in Prospect, Ohio. (hope posting CSX is OK)
As a side note - from what I've read, 12V and 13V no longer run between Pittsburgh and Columbus.
These next four were taken in August 2008 during a one day trip:
#1 - Eastbound 10M approaches Oakland Park Ave in the morning
#2 - Short-lived Roadrailer 249 follows right behind
#3 - After this I headed north to Marion where I caught WB NS 357 just south of town.
#4 - I waited for a long time for this afternoon picture of CSX Q33602 in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
More random shots taken in Worthington during 2008:
#1 - Unknown eastbound in May
#2 - Eastbound 194 in July
#3 - Another unknown eastbound in August at the same exact spot (this photo got 'puzzled')
#4 - Another shot of 194, but taken in August a little further west up the line near Wilson Bridge Rd.
One last 2008:
#1 - Unknown WB slowly passes a coal train on the ground in Flint, Ohio in August. (date - 8/21/08)
#2 - Perched and waiting for a relief crew to take over 117 at Cooke Rd in August. (Columbus, Ohio)
On to 2009:
#3 - Another shot of an unknown eastbound at Cooke Rd in February.
#4 - Skip ahead to June - and yet another unknown eastbound at Wilson Bridge Rd.
More summer '09; all taken on the Sandusky line. First three are from Worthington (again).
#1 - Eastbound 375 on 7/12/09
#2 - Eastbound 853 followed 2o minutes later. I played around with these shots in photoshop a little more than usual.
#3 - A couple weeks later I caught this old Conrail Dash-8 on the point of 304.
Skipping ahead:
#4 - on to Labor day where I caught eastbound NS 857 crossing the diamonds at AC in Marion.
Now for October:
#1 - More Conrail blue, this time along the Western Branch just south of downtown Columbus. Didn't catch the train ID, but these loads were an unusual sight.
#2 - A week later I caught even more Conrail blue at Cooke Rd. (train NS 304)
Back to Worthington:
#3 - NS 18M heads eastbound on 10/22/09
#4 - Same spot a couple days later; better light, and an overall better attempt at this unknown eastbound.
