Title: Hershey Activity
Post by: TonytheTiger on February 25, 2009, 09:57:20 PM
The sun was out and I had my camera with me at lunch yesterday . . . .

NS westbound empty autorack train 11J is negotiating the S curves on the west side of Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The Hershey shifter is passing the new Hershey Intermodal Center on its way to the Hershey chocolate plant on the west side of town.

The Hershey shifter, with a clean Operation Lifesaver unit, is passing HersheyPark's kissing tower and a pair of intertwined rolller coasters being overhauled in preparation of the spring opening.

This morning, I heard 14G heading into the siding at Rutherford (Harrisburg) while driving to work. The only time you can get a photo of a train using Rutherford siding is in the morning, so I decided to be a little late for work . . . .
