Title: NS 170 with CNJ 1071
Post by: Gage O'Dell on August 19, 2013, 02:45:42 PM
Thanks to a Facebook update from a friend, I learned NS 170 had CNJ 1071 somewhere in its consist. I made the 3 minute or so drive to North Wye and waited. CNJ is one of the four heritage units I have yet to see (Erie, IT and NW). It's also my favorite scheme of em all. So I made the effort of getting this one. Right before it got to Danville, I was told it was 2nd in line.. Which didn't phase me a bit, I just wanted to scratch another one off my list. Shortly before 11am, NS 170 finally came through North Wye with a clean CNJ riding shotgun.
