This bridge gets hit by trucks about twice a year, despite numerous low clearance signs leading up to it:

A couple of CSX bridges in NY get hit by trucks on a regular basis. It's not the fault of CSX or NYSDOT- the bridges are clearly marked for height restrictions. The problem lies with a few idiot drivers who think they can sneak under a low clearance.
