I am new to this list and live in Beachville Ont which is close to EMD in London Ont. I have tracked NS when they ran from Buffalo to St Thomas Ont. with parts for the Ford plant. It was ended in Dec 2006. I have many photos of NS 327 and 328 that ran here.
They can be found at http://railfan.thegrebs.com/Norfolk-Southern
I also have a number of photos of NS units coming out of the EMD plant in the EMD album.

These are some real nice pictures you have taken. welcome to our site.
8) Very nice photos, thanks for sharing!
A couple of notes, the wide boxes on the Vale locomotives are extra cooling for the dynamic brakes in hot weather. The sand boxes are located on the side sill between the handrail standards.
EMDX SD80ACe #104 is being held "hostage" in a protest at Ingersoll, Ontario by the Canadian Auto Workers, as it is the last engine built at the London, Ontario Plant. You can see the Brothers under the tent by the tracks. The local railroad workers sympathize with the CAW and the local police will not taking action against the worker's union.
Walter, welcome to the group! We have folks from all over that are members (including a couple of fellers from across the pond in the UK), but you may be (I think) our Northern most member.
Great pics, and it will be good to have someone that can keep an eye on the EMD plant for us!
Nice shots! It's a pity that NS ended operations in London. The traffic generated by that plant was interesting.
Emmett, I think I'm the northernmost member of the board because Rochester, NY is slightly north of London, Ontario... and I live in the northern suburbs of the Rochester area. It may seem strange but it's true.
8) Thanks for posting the pics of the "small" EMDX Leasing fleet of SD70ACe's!
