I caught a rack train awhile back with some interesting power, of course the weather was very lack luster that day but I had to grab a couple shots.
like I said these turned out awful but I couldnt pass up a widebody sd60 6762 and a true conrail sd50 5406, and a shot of the t19.
Those are not "awful" by any means, and as you said, pretty good power! Sure beats the flood of GE's we see.
BTW, Mr. Smoak said to tell you hey...he spent the day riding around with us in Chattanooga Sunday.
That sounds like fun, I would have loved to been there too, this road job I'm on leaves absolutely no spare time to do squat-ola. Hope you guys had a great trip!!
