we have  university of louisville and kentucky geeps here at the pal, now you can add the michigan state spartans to your collegiate locomotive roster. This sweet sw14 showed up in louisvile today enroute to east lansing.

Nice looking loco. Wonder why they put the number on the window instead of on the number boards and cab side where it is supposed to go. ???

I think its because it really doesn't have a road number, I've seen name only engines before and I guess to be shipped they gave it a made up number.

NREX is the reporting mark for National Railroad Equip isn't it?

Yeah, this thing came from vmv or progress rail, whichever one is affiliated with nre, which is vmv I'm pretty positive. I'm sure the number is its old IC number.

Yeah I think your right, I think VMV is the one in with NRE.
