Old CS Tunnel 24 faceless north portal

Recent unconfirmed rumors at school motivated me to go and check it out... The north portal of old tunnel 24 is now partially faceless... Years of freezing and thawing has finally showed all that masonry who's boss 




Whereabouts of the number stone is unknown... I guess whoever cleared it (the railroad maybe) probably claimed it.  ???

I wish.  I was there MLK weekend and it had already happened.  I don't know what I would have done if I had found the 24, but I'd probably been calling for help if I had.

I just wonder if that is still considered railroad property... I've seen a couple people down there when i was there picking up some of the brick...
