New power for Nashville & Eastern ?

I went shopping with my wife and son over in Mt. Juliet, TN near Nashville yesterday.   In following the Nashville & Eastern tracks and halfway looking for a park for my son, I came upon Nashville & Eastern's facility in Lebanon.   I've been in that general area before but never took any time to see what angles could be found to view their property.

What is going on over there ?  Some good looking power in that red & silver warbonnet.   Couldn't believe the shape it was in.  There was a good looking Nashville & Western u-boat there as well but I read somewhere it's out of service.

Found a pic online of some NERR pumpkins as well.   Are these guys growing or just replacing some of those old Sante Fe B23-7's ?   I don't mind seeing those around either but I sure like the idea of them needing bigger power to run more trains this side of Nashville.   We see almost nothing now.

They acquired 4 of those back in October of 2010. Two in pumpkin and two in warbonnet.
