This Wednesday will mark the 50th anniversary of operations at Tweetsie Railroad in Blowing Rock, NC. For those of you that are not familiar with Tweetsie, it is a wild west theme park that centers around a 3 mile railroad loop. There has been no official announcement of anything special for the day, but I have been led to beleive that there will be something special going on at some point in the day. The park will be open till 8 that night and they will put on their annual fireworks spectacular a little bit after dark. Bart and I are making the trip up for the day, and it may be worth a trip for some of you in the area. If you would like more info feel free to pm me.
