Here is another sequence I shot in the time frame of about 20 minutes
late Sunday Evening, pretty much in my back yard..always a good view!
These are all about 3 or 4 miles from our house on the East end of the
Louisville District. Thanks again to Adam for the heads up on this one!

The NS 792 we have been talking about in the heads up board
at my "signature" location at Vanarsdale Ky, Then a mile or so
down the road as 792 met 375 in the siding at Talmage. I was
really pushing the usable light on the last couple of shots...
the shadows where growing long and fast.

I'm a sucker for black and white shots, that vanarsdale place is awesome looking, the side road as well. Good shots Mr Bell.

That's absolutely beautiful. I really would love some southbound trains here in the evenings!

E.M.,
Great shots.  Sure is nice when you can do some serious railfanning practically in your own back yard.
Thanks for sharing...

Thanks for the comments!

Being a Southern and NS fan, I have always felt lucky to live here in KY, where some of the best locations and busiest mainlines they have are within a hour or two drive (heck..30 or 40 mins).
