Not a very good day for pictures, but I have a new camera that I hadn't been trackside with and that was excuse enough to head south of Burnside today.  And since Emmett is confined to the house for the weekend and he asked me too, here are shots of the nine trains I saw between 10:30a and 4p today.

I slid down to Dead Ox Hollow with the goal of shooting every train from a different spot.  Lots of icicles in the mid-20s temps.  First up were 168, 143, 54A, and 174.

Here is 229 coming by the signals under the Keno bridge, never did get the symbol of this NB, and after getting by the traffic jam caused by 123 stalling at Kings Mtn-223 also under the bridge.

Then I moved down to KD Tower for the last two of the day.  Another un-named NB going by the cross-over and 215 passing the 177 mp south of the cut.

Nice work Butch.  I think it's a great job even with the cloudy day lighting.   I really dig your locations.
