NS 217 at Green Hill

NS 217 passes through Green Hill VA in the late evening sun in June 2009.Green Hilll is the place Norfolk Southern has picked to build their new intermodal yard.NS at first thought about building it in Salem VA but there was too many public road crossings that trains would block for a few hours at a time.So NS has picked Green Hill.That will bring new stack trains to the area.
