Concrete ties at Krolitz, WV, a rarity on the Pokey....

  Over on another thread there was talk of wooden ties versus concrete and whether NS was testing concrete. One place they're in use on the Pokey is at Krolitz, just west of Litwar. They seemed to be holding up well three weeks ago but again it's a straight stretch with very little curves.
