I have a HO scale B40-8 painted in Conrail, and every picture I look at has these engines with a large white decal on the front.  It looks like it says  "Imanage Project"    Does anyone know if you can get this decal??

The sticker says Labor/Management Project, Working Together For Safety Service Success. The middle has a picture of two hands shaking. Any more they are so faded it just looks like a big white block on the front of the unit. Microscale makes a set for HO #87-614 .
