Roanoke / Chattanooga / Oakdale Trip !!Help!!

I am planning a trip to either Roanoke, Chattanooga or Oakdale this weekend.  Does anyone have a head up. Traffic density on weekends, directions. Any stored units in Chatta or Roanoke.  Is it easy to find safely. Thanks

nothing much to see in chattanooga these days ,  its like a ghost town here.
