Two from Saturday (image)

Caleb and myself joined Butch this morning South of Somerset for a exploration trip looking for CNO&TP tunnels 7, 8 and 9 (look for an massive photo report from that on Sunday, after I weed through the 150 + pics I took)... NS was BUSY all day and while we hiked for almost 5 hours we heard train after train running. By the time we got done with the hike and had the chance to shoot a few trains, the NS had all but died dead. here are the Two we caught this afternoon.. 12 hours out, 130 miles driven and 4 or 5 walked and we get Two trains...at least the sun was out by this time..

NS 215 with the typically dirty UP motor grinds up hill between Tateville (Ky) and Keno.



NS 177 starts up the hill at Tateville with a a sweet pair of 40's doing the work..
