NS on the Moffat Sub

As I was heading back to Denver tonight about dusk, I saw a NS engine on a BNSF westbound train heading up towards Moffat Tunnel.  If it hadn't been so dark, I'd have chased it down for a photo.  Speaking of photos, I did find two Southern boxcars [see attached] on an eastbound this afternoon.  NS on the Moffat Sub, go figure...

OK, I saw another NS today and this time I got the pix to prove it.  It's coming through Byers Canyon and then "highballing" as they like to say.

Ya know Butch, it just aint fair to text a feller a awesome pic like you send me this morning from Colorado when all we had this morning here in KY was rain wind and clouds!  Looks like your having an awesome time...cant wait to see more from the tunnel district.

I'm kind of mean that way. I spent Saturday hiking Tunnels 2-16.  Long day with only three trains, but was still fun.  I'll take your suggestion and post the FB link when I get through the rest of my pix.
