GS-1's in HO scale.

Does anyone know if there has been any scratch built GS-1 cars for HO scale? A friend of mine is scratch building them from styrene from blueprints and will sell them for $90 each, whichever style of weathering you want, brand new, right after the NS take-over, or right before they were sold off. I'll upload some pics when i get some.
