Q438 dropped 10-12 cars on the ground in Elkton, MD under the RT 213 bridge at the Singerly Siding. Local FD says H2SO4 is leaking from a tank car... CSX says no it's not. Road Foreman found damage journal/bearing 150ft from a road crossing about 1/2 mile away. Dan
