RailSightings.com User Registration is Open!

Hi all-

I have finally completed the code to allow users to sign up on RailSightings.com.  PLEASE NOTE that when I approve you as a user, you do NOT yet have the ability to submit and track sightings.  Ultimately, applying for membership at this point has no real advantage, but I am working as hard as I can to 1) work out the bugs in this latest update, and 2), get a basic sighting system up and working to make the site slightly useful.  Again, there are some bugs in my latest update, so please be patient and report any problems you may have via the "Contact Us" page on the site.  I look forward to getting everyone's opinions and experiences so far.
