WIP an Ratty NS SD70

[NSD9-40CW]

I've been hard at work at my first attempt at doing this,and its an Ratty NS SD70 like what I see on KCS trains ,I-DAAT/I-ATDA,and a few others, and I'm a fan of the NS SD70s so I just went at doing one.



Not even close to done yet,still need to add rust spots,wire up the headlights and put in a decoder.
