ARMN Reefers

Just got a BLMA 64 ft Reefer labeled for UP (ARMN report markings). God those thing are big. Makes my 50 and 60 ft boxcars look small... but it is a nice fit with Trinity 6400+ capacity covered hoppers though. Great detail... Phase II. I hard exactrail has phase I and III. Anyone know if that is true?
