New Switch @ TC84 - Bulls Gap

Yesterday I was trailing the A Line from Hodges to Bulls Gap between 12:30pm and 3pm.  There were no trains during that time.  When I headed north to check out the area known as Whitehorne, I noticed there was a new switch being installed at MP84 on the TC line north from Bulls Gap.  This is usually where crews switch out or coal trains are re-crewed for coal loads headed south or into North Carolina via the BL Line.  I thought this was cool, and probably a much needed improvement.

Anyone else have information to share about this new switch?
