Cab signals on the ex-CR lines at interlockings

Question on cab signals on the ex-CR lines of NS:

I know on the Amtrak NEC (which are ex-PRR Lines like the CR lines) there is a speed control in addition to the cab signal simply mimicking the line side signal. Do the ex-CR freight lines also have this feature?

And now to my main question: Amtk has gotten fancy (and this may predate Amtk as a PRR feature) in that the cab signals will drop to restricting if you are running on an approach (yellow) as you near a red interlocking signal. Almost all cabs react after you pass a signal change, this is a rare change in advance.

Do the ex-CR lines feature this drop to restricting function on any division?

The answer to your question is no on the Southern Tier Mainline between Binghamton and Buffalo. As for the rest of NS's ex-Conrail property, I do not know.
