NS Office Cars

I am looking for more info on the cars NS has for the OCS.  I have looked at the Altoona works page but no info as to cars types.  Does anyone know the cars types, i.e. are the sleepers 10-6, 6-6-4, or 11 able bedroom.  Seating in the dining cars?  I would like this info to pick the correct models for base units.

The sleepers have been modified.   They are not a standard configuration.

I know the "Delaware" is a heavy weight(3 axle trucks) full dome... ex CR/AMTK/PC/ATSF. DE Dan
