Yeah, EM...we have the Con Agra plant downtown and the Con Agra Warehouse east of downtown.  Then there is a team track operation (ADM truck off load covered hopper cars) west of downtown by the Rhyne Clock Company, then what used to be Great Lakes Chemical west of that, then Sonoco out close to Leadvale, then the Leadvale two track storage area for all this.  Not to mention Yalu siding for storage as well.  T26 out of Morristown, TN is usually what I hear on the radio for this local.
